Cleanrooms are needed wherever air cleanliness directly determines the quality of a product or a test — in pharmaceuticals, electronics manufacturing and laboratories. Energotechus builds cleanrooms in Kaunas and across Lithuania with all their engineering systems, so the required cleanliness level is achieved.
We bring air filtration, pressure distribution, electrical supply and monitoring together into one whole. We hand over a room that holds its cleanliness class consistently and is straightforward to maintain day to day.

We set up the pressure cascade so contamination cannot reach critical zones.
Power and lighting installation using materials and enclosures suited to a clean zone, which do not trap dust.
Data and low-current lines run to the equipment, with every wall penetration sealed.
Compressed air treatment and distribution pipework to each process user, with the whole line leak-tested.
Cooling circuits matched to the real thermal load of the equipment and protected against condensation.
Monitoring that reports cleanliness and pressure readings in real time.
A cleanroom is not simply an enclosed space — it is a set of systems that together hold the required air cleanliness level. Air filtration, pressure distribution, electrical supply and monitoring have to work in concert, or the cleanliness class will not be reached. Energotechus builds cleanrooms as exactly that: a single integrated system.
We start by establishing the cleanliness class: we determine what level your process requires. Pharmaceutical production, electronics and laboratories each need different solutions, so the design is prepared for the specific requirement rather than to a generic template.
We establish the pressure cascade so contamination cannot reach critical zones. Air moves in a controlled direction, and cleaner zones always hold higher pressure. This is one of the fundamental operating principles of a cleanroom.

Once the cleanroom is built we measure the cleanliness class achieved and hand over reports that confirm the result. The client receives not only a working room but the documentation required for process commissioning.
We coordinate cleanrooms with medical gas, vacuum and low current systems, so no part of the site is left operating in isolation. Where needed we also upgrade existing cleanrooms so they meet the required cleanliness level again.
Most of the work in a cleanroom is not the walls — it is the networks that pass through them. Electrical network installation in cleanrooms is not ordinary installation: we choose materials and enclosures that do not trap dust and survive repeated cleaning, and every wall and ceiling penetration is sealed so the pressure cascade stays intact.
The same applies to data. Data network installation in cleanrooms covers the routes to the process equipment, their testing, and sealed penetrations — a low-current line run carelessly damages the pressure balance just as surely as an untidy ventilation opening.
Process media form the third layer. Compressed air pipework in cleanrooms needs the right air treatment stage and a leak test across the whole line, and process water cooling pipework needs a circuit matched to the real thermal load and protected against condensation inside the clean zone.
We install these together, in one project — as in our production equipment infrastructure project, where vacuum, compressed air, water cooling, electrical and data works were carried out in production and clean rooms.
We work in clear stages from the first site visit to handover, so you can always see where your project stands.
We establish the cleanliness class required and the process requirements.
We prepare the air, pressure and engineering systems solution.
We install filtration, electrical supply, monitoring and the other systems.
We measure the cleanliness class and hand the room over with reports.

We build cleanrooms together with all their engineering systems, so nothing is left uncoordinated. The final result is confirmed by measurement and handed over with documentation.

Read moreThe Energotechus team is based in Kaunas at Taikos pr. 88A, but we build and maintain cleanrooms throughout Lithuania. We come to the site, assess the situation in person and propose a solution suited to your premises and process.
If you need a cleanroom solution in Kaunas, Vilnius, Klaipėda or another city, get in touch and we will discuss the project and arrange a convenient time for a survey. The full range of services is on the services page.
