When electrical installation, low current systems, medical gases, vacuum and cooling are installed by several different companies, uncoordinated nodes are left behind and responsibility becomes fragmented. We take on the entire chain: we design the systems so they work together, install them in coordinated stages, and hand the site over with a single set of documentation.
ProcessFrom survey to handover
Every project starts with a site survey and a requirements analysis. We assess the existing condition, the capacities, flows and cleanliness classes required, and only then prepare the design and quotation.
In operating facilities we schedule installation in stages and agree the work with site management, so production or clinical activity is never interrupted.
ComplianceCertified testing and documentation
On completion we carry out measurements and tests: insulation, earthing, pipework tightness, pressure, gas purity or room cleanliness class. Results are provided as reports alongside the as-built drawings and certificates.
CoverageMaintenance and service area
After handover we agree a periodic inspection schedule and respond promptly to faults. The team is based in Kaunas, but we install and maintain engineering systems throughout Lithuania — in Vilnius, Klaipėda and other cities.

Do you work in operating facilities?
Yes. We plan the work in stages and agree it with site management so production or clinical activity is not interrupted. Critical zones are switched over when it causes least disruption.
What documentation do I receive on completion?
We hand over as-built drawings, measurement and test reports, and certificates. These documents are needed for commissioning the facility and for ongoing maintenance.
How quickly do you provide a quotation?
After the site survey we normally provide a quotation and an outline schedule within a few working days, depending on the size of the project.
